IMPORTANT: Any Content posted on Forumbah! is the exclusive responsibility of the person who posted it. Forumbah! is not responsible for and does not control or endorse Content at any time. You will bear any and all risk of reliance on the accuracy, validity or legitimacy of Content you read or post or that you accept to be posted on your own Forumbah! message board.
As the originator/owner of a Forumbah! message board you accept responsibility for the content of that board and its adherence to the Terms of Service in every respect.
1. Agreement:
By using this site or creating a free message board on Forumbah! you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all changes therein as posted.
You must be 16 or older to use this site, create an account, visit any of our boards, or to create a board.
Forumbah! is provided on an ‘as is' basis and is free of all charges but with no guarantees of fitness for any particular use. You agree to any limitations including all changes in these terms as made and published on this site, with or without additional notice.
2. Advertisements:
By hosting your free Forumbah! Forum with us, you agree that you will adhere to our advertising policies. Any hostee who alters, or discards Forumbah! generated advertising will be immediately expelled from our service, without warning. You may not, under any circumstances place an advertisement for another product or service on your forums. Our definition of advertisement includes any graphics, popups, popunders, popins that sell a product or service or a commission. You may add a donations link. If you provide a valuable service individuals may compensate you for your time and effort in that regard.
3. Content:
The content of a board are the posts, messages, links, emails, uploaded files, or any other user created data ("Content"). Any Content posted on Forumbah! is the exclusive responsibility of the person who posted it. Forumbah! is not responsible for and does not control or endorse Content at any time. You will bear any and all risk of reliance on the accuracy, validity or legitimacy of Content you read or post.
As the creator of a board, it is your responsibility to make sure the Content posted on your board complies with the rules and these Terms of Service. Forumbah! does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, quality or the integrity of any Content. Forumbah! does not guarantee that Content will not be lost, deleted, or damaged.
4. Prohibited Content:
Prohibited Content is deemed to be anything (a) that violates any law including, the laws of any locality, state, country, nation or international law; (b) that infringes upon any rights (copyrights, patents and privacy rights); (c) that is threatening, defamatory, racist, abusive, obscene, or profane; (d) that carries, viruses, or any other harmful computer software; (e) that is false, defamatory or libelous; (f) that involves pyramid schemes or enables spam; (g) that promotes or involves gambling, illegal drugs, or terrorism; (h) that involves the impersonation of any other person or entity; (i) that includes pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind; (j) Spam
You may not post, upload, link to, or email any Content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited Content. As the creator of a board, you are solely responsible for ensuring that no prohibited Content exists on your board and that no part of your board violates the Terms of Service or the User Agreement.
5. Monitoring and Limiting Content:
Forumbah! does not preview any Content transmitted but reserves the right to check any board for prohibited content. Forumbah! has the right to access any board and its related Content and delete, edit, or restrict access to any Content. You agree that Forumbah! may disclose and utilize any Content at any time.
6. Rights to Posted Content:
Forumbah! has the right to publish, store and maintain the content. Any content uploaded or posted to Forumbah! may be published by Forumbah!
7. Enforcement of Rules/Terms of Service:
Forumbah! has the right to access any area of any board.
Forumbah! may edit, delete, or restrict access to any Content/account/board or services as enforcement of the rules and Terms of Service.
8. Termination:
You agree that Forumbah! may remove your account at any time for any reason and may delete your board, or your account on any Forumbah! board. Forumbah! may ban your e-mail address, username, etc or remove/change any Content from any board or from your account, without notice or compensation.
Your account or board may be deleted for any violation of the Forumbah! Forum rules, Terms of Service, or for any other reason. Forumbah! is not required to explain why your account/board/Content was deleted or edited.
9. Disclaimer Of Warranties:
Your use of any Forumbah! service is at your own risk. Forumbah! is provided ‘as is'. Forumbah! disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose or a particular use.
Forumbah! makes no warranty that the Service is secure, error-free or uninterrupted or that the information acquired by using Forumbah! will be accurate.
Content obtained through the use of Forumbah! is used at your own risk. Forumbah! will not be responsible for any damage that results from obtaining, following, or using any Content. You agree that if you use such content, you will indemnify Forumbah! for all damages, legal and other costs that may result from your use of any of the Forumbah! content and services.
10. Limitation Of Liability:
You understand and agree that Forumbah! will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from use and/or inability to use the Service.
11. Legal Disputes:
By using this site, you accept the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

You alone are responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service. Forumbah! reserves the right but is not obligated, to mediate or solve disputes between you and other users of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Forumbah! and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees harmless from any demand made by anyone due to the Content you post to the Service or that has been posted on your own message board(s), your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or these Terms of Service.
